SR. WEB DEVELOPER

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Mid level (3-4 years) of experience coding web applications
Strong knowledge in open source environments, using PHP and MySQL especially Code Igniter framework
Brave for hand-coding HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and other basic standards
Hands on experience with Javascript libraries such as JQuery, Backbone.js, etc
Experience with development of graphs, charts, and reports
Understanding of unit testing skills and tools
Experience with deployment tools like Capistrano is huge plus
Having knowledge in mobile web/native application development is a strong point
A passion for current open source technologies
A good understanding of software design patterns and principles is a major advantage.
Solid understanding of development standards and supporting practices and technologies (UML modeling)
A collaborative approach to design work, analysis, and problem solving
Able to clearly describe, convey, and document complex technical concepts

WEB DEVELOPER

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Jr. level (1-2 years) of experience coding web applications, fresh grad encourage to apply
Strong knowledge in open source environments, using PHP and MySQL especially Code Igniter framework
A good understanding with HTML, CSS, and other basic web standards and able to convert it from PSD
Hands on experience with Javascript libraries such as JQuery, etc
Having a good knowledge with development of graphs, charts, and reports
Having knowledge in mobile web/native application development is a strong point
A passion for current open source technologies
A good understanding of development standards and supporting practices and technologies (UML modeling)
A collaborative approach to design work, analysis, and problem solving
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering from reputable university
Mid level (2-4 years) of experience in administer systems, including application, database, mail, and storage servers.
Experience in handling cluster environment in Debian-based OS.
Experience with database administration, particularly MySQL
Strong networking background in enterprise support, trouble shooting, and problem solving
Having a good knowledge of network security design and support, such as Firewalls (commercial and opensource), SSL, SSH, and access control management
Knowledge of virtual machines and ability to configure, start, and clone VMs
Design of high availability and disaster recovery strategies and infrastructure
Experience in implementation and management of internal IT policies
Experience in UNIX scripting (Automation of task) is definitely an advantage
Experience in performance monitoring
Must be a team member and demonstrate high level of initiatives
Experience in supporting enterprise applications (HR, Project Management, Finance Information Systems) and development environments using SVN, CVS, or GIT
Experience in working with high traffic sites running PHP, Apache, HAProxy is a huge plus

IT SUPPORT

Requirements:

Hold minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1)
Hands-on experiences of LAN/WAN, and Peripherals Troubleshooting
Having wide-range knowledge of free and commercial software
Hands-on experiences with installation, configuration, and administration of Windows-based, Macintosh OS and its software

GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Requirements:

Hold minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3/S1)
Have worked in the field minimal 1 year
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power point and Email
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skill
Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
Creative, attention to detail and result oriented
Skills: Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Page Maker, Corel Draw, 2D/3D
Able to convert PSD to HTML and CSS in table-less format

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Minimum 2 years in the same position
Good Command in English
Having knowledge about advertising agency or marketing communication will be the priority
Energetic, initiative, good team player, self motivated and strong communication
Able to operate computer (MS Office) & internet is a must
Able to work under pressure
Experience in Sales / Marketing especially in media/advertising agency/media buying
Having experience in : Prospect, Follow Up, Presentation, Negotiation, Closing Deals & Delivery Services
Having good relations or Database client (agecies/corporate)
Good Interpersonal skills and interactions
Target & Result Oriented
Good in English is a must
Good computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc), Microsoft Visio

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Experience in Advertising Agency or Marketing Communication with min 2 years
Have good relation with advertising agencies and advertisers
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Honest, self motivated, able to work in team & independent
Fluent written and spoken English is a must
Submit daily and weekly advertising report to Account Manager
Make proposal to the clients
Develop and maintain relationship with all clients
Develop sales and marketing program
